Damage claims to a vehicle or any other property will not be accepted after receipt is signed.
Returns are accepted for a merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Cash Refunds.
No returns on bluestone.
No refunds on special orders and clearance items.
A fee of $75.00 will be charged on material that has to be picked up for return.
Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 service fee.
All costs of collection including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs will be paid by the customer whether or not suit is instituted.
