• Damage claims to a vehicle or any other property will not be

accepted after reciept is signed.

• Returns are accepted for a merchandise credit within 30

days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt and are subject

to a 20% restocking fee No Cash Refunds.

• No returns on bluestone.

• No refunds on special orders and clearence items.

• A fee of $75.00 will be charged on material that has to be picked up

for return.

• Returned checks will be charged a

$30.00 service fee.

• All costs of collection including but not limited to attorney's fees and

court costs will be paid by the customer whether or not suit is instituted.
